Independent broker Barnes Commercial Insurance provides a range of insurance solutions, from buildings and contents to public liability and professional indemnity. Our role was to help them significantly improve sales conversion via their online platform and channels.

Our approach

We began by working on the customer experience from a technical and user journey perspective, working with the Barnes marketing team to identify priority issues to triage, for example, the need to streamline content creation and updates.

With this new format providing far greater functionality and flexibility in content and design, we began working with the Barnes team to ensure the site was set up for SEO best practice. This included ongoing, iterative content and technical improvements, further underpinned by our team’s marketing expertise.
